Savaro is a price comparison platform for food products in Switzerland. Our platform offers:

Registration Requirements

We value transparency and trust in our community. Therefore, registration requires providing your real first and last name. Pseudonyms or fictional names are not permitted.

Account Security

One Account per Person

Each person may only maintain one user account. Creating multiple accounts may result in the suspension of all affected accounts.

Limited Licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use of the platform. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit content.

Third-Party Content

Product images, descriptions, and trademarks of retailers and manufacturers remain the property of their respective owners. Their display on our platform is solely for informational purposes.

"As Is" Provision

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We make no warranty for the uninterrupted, error-free, or secure availability of the platform.

Price Information

Prices displayed on Savaro are for informational purposes only. We assume no liability for the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of price information. Only the prices at the checkout of the respective retailer are binding.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform. This includes in particular:

Severability Clause

Should any provision of these Terms of Use be or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that comes closest to the economic purpose of the invalid provision.

Entire Agreement

These Terms of Use, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Savaro and supersede all prior agreements regarding the use of the platform.
